On the construction site we are 4 instructors with different backgrounds and we share 34 pupils in their first 1100 points and then we have our own pupils in their orientation, i have 6 carpenters at the moment.

  3. Hi Andreas, are you teaching in Sweden? Are the adults that you are teaching already employed in the building trade, or will the completion of the course allow them to get employment?

    1. Hi Stephen! Yes i am teaching in Lund south of Sweden. The adults have many different backgrounds. some of the adults retraining for a new career and some is already employed and have to do some courses to get their full salary. The most commonly way is to complet the courses to get employment.
