After 2 years of study in Construction students achieve an Australian qualification in Construction Pathways. Some students specialise in this course, and work on building a scale model of a room. Here some students are critiquing their work.
Hi Andreas & Henrik, the school pays for the equipment, but all students are charged a levy with their school fees. We have different levies for different VET courses depending on the need for resources. I think that the workshop is clean, because the teacher Mr Guest, does a bit of tidying up himself, or maybe it was for this photo. The construction facilities are quite new - 4 years old.
Hi Steve! Do the students critique eathothers work as a part of the learning process or just their own? And did they build all the wooden toolboxes?
ReplyDeleteHi Martin, the students critique each others work in a non formal way. The first project which the students work on is their own toolboxes.

ReplyDeleteHow do you get them to clean so well in the workshop?
