Our construction students go out on work placement with trades persons. They get a taste for site work. Some students have second thoughts after a few days on a pick and shovel, though most benefit from the experience.
Do you visit them while their on their work based learning? Do they have specific duties their suppose to perform att different occasions, that´s if they have work based learning at a regular basis.
Hi Simon! How many days are the students doing their workbased learning. And do they have to get the "job" on their own ?
